Friday, October 10, 2025 — HIMAPRENEUR (Association of Student Entrepreneurs) held its third term inauguration and training for its board members, themed "Hasta Brata: The Main Practices of Wiyata Pamamong Praja" (The Main Practices of Wiyata Pamamong Praja), at the UMLA Campus. This event marked a crucial moment in the leadership transition and the character development of aspiring young leaders with an entrepreneurial spirit.

During the inauguration, M. Bagus Ainun Wahid was officially inaugurated as the General Chair of HIMAPRENEUR for the 2025–2026 term, replacing M. Khofid Nazarudin, who had completed his term. An emotional atmosphere and collaborative spirit colored the inauguration process, witnessed by members, alumni, and the organization's advisory lecturers. The theme "Hasta Brata: The Main Practices of Wiyata Pamamong Praja" served as the foundation for leadership values, which are expected to serve as guidelines for all new board members. The Hasta Brata philosophy describes eight key leadership qualities derived from natural elements—from justice like the earth, light like the sun, wisdom like the sky, to patience like water. These values ​​are considered relevant in shaping the character of visionary and resilient leaders in this challenging era.

One of the key sessions in this activity was a leadership briefing by Mr. Imran Syah, SE., MM., a lecturer and entrepreneurship practitioner. In his presentation, he emphasized that leadership is not just about managing, but also about serving, inspiring, and being a role model. "True leaders are not born from positions, but from the ability to provide meaning and direction. The Hasta Brata values ​​must be the lifeblood of our every action," said Mr. Irmansyah.

The training series also included discussion sessions, basic organizational training, leadership simulations, and team-building activities to strengthen solidarity among new administrators. These activities are expected to strengthen the foundation of HIMAPRENEUR as a platform for developing student leadership and entrepreneurship.
