Batu, Malang — October 25–26, 2025 | To strengthen togetherness and enhance collective work spirit within the Muhammadiyah University of Lamongan (UMLA), lecturers from the Undergraduate Entrepreneurship Study Program participated in UMLA's Capacity Building activities held in Batu, Malang, on October 25–26, 2025.

Themed "The Spirit of Togetherness to Achieve UMLA Excellence," this activity reflected the commitment of the entire UMLA academic community to building a collaborative, solid work culture oriented toward improving the institution's quality.

Over the two days, participants participated in a series of activities designed to strengthen synergy between work units, foster motivation, and enhance teamwork skills. The event included team building activities, reflections on organizational values, and energetic and inspiring motivational sessions.

The Head of the Entrepreneurship Undergraduate Study Program stated that this activity provided valuable experience for all lecturers, helping to strengthen relationships and strengthen their commitment to implementing UMLA's vision as a superior and competitive university.

"Through this activity, we are increasingly motivated to work with a spirit of togetherness, increase collaboration between study programs, and make real contributions to the university's progress," he said. In addition to strengthening relationships among employees, the UMLA 2025 Capacity Building activity also serves as a means to foster the values ​​of brotherhood, loyalty, and shared responsibility in realizing UMLA as a superior, innovative, and Islamic-based university.
