Wednesday, September 11, 2024 — The Entrepreneur Student Association (HIMA ENTREPRENEUR) successfully held its Student Introduction Period (MASTAMA) as a welcoming event for new students. Held in the UMLA Campus, this activity served as an initial introduction to academic and organizational life for new students in the entrepreneurship study program.
Embracing the spirit of "Building a Resilient and Innovative Generation in the World of Entrepreneurship," this year's MASTAMA Study Program not only introduced the ins and outs of the study program but also provided inspiration through a motivational session with Imran Syah, SE., MM., an academic and entrepreneurship practitioner with experience in the business and education worlds.
In his motivational session, Imran Syah delivered the material enthusiastically, raising students' awareness of the importance of developing an entrepreneurial mindset from an early age. "Campus is not just a place to earn a degree, but also a space to develop character, vision, and the courage to seize opportunities. Be a student with big dreams and a willingness to work hard," he emphasized to the participants.
The MASTAMA event also included an introduction to the HIMA ENTREPRENEUR structure, a presentation of the study program's vision and mission, and various interactive activities such as group discussions, a question-and-answer session, and games to foster camaraderie. The Chairperson of the Program Committee stated that the MASTAMA Study Program aims to equip new students with basic insights into the world of campus and organizations, while also instilling the core values of leadership, collaboration, and innovation.
"We want new students to feel warmly welcomed and to begin to see the immense potential they can develop with HIMAPRENEUR," he said. By holding this MASTAMA Study Program, HIMAPRENEUR hopes to foster enthusiasm and motivation in new students to be active, achieve, and be ready to become part of the future generation of entrepreneurs [Kwu-Ed.].
