[Yogyakarta, July 16–18, 2025] — The Undergraduate Entrepreneurship Study Program at the University of Muhammadiyah Lamongan (UMLA) participated in a crucial opportunity to strengthen networks among universities across Indonesia through the 2nd National Working Meeting (Rakernas) of the Association of Indonesian Entrepreneurship Study Programs (APSKI), held in Yogyakarta on July 16–18, 2025.

Attended by dozens of universities from across Indonesia, this event served as a strategic forum to formulate a direction for developing more adaptive, innovative, and collaborative entrepreneurship education. UMLA was represented by the Head of the Undergraduate Entrepreneurship Study Program, Ms. Mega Barokatul Fahri, S.E., MBA, who was actively involved in various important agendas during the Rakernas.

With the theme "Building a Collaborative and Sustainable National Entrepreneurship Ecosystem," the second APSKI National Working Meeting discussed various strategic issues, including curriculum synergy, programs to strengthen entrepreneurial campuses, improving graduate quality, and collaborative initiatives between entrepreneurship study programs across Indonesia.

"This National Working Meeting is not just a formal meeting, but also a forum for sharing best practices, establishing concrete collaborations, and formulating joint steps to advance entrepreneurship education in Indonesia," said Ibu Mega in a brief interview following the second day's plenary session. During the event, the UMLA Entrepreneurship Study Program also established initial communications with several universities regarding potential collaborations in research, community service, and cross-campus student business incubation programs.

UMLA's involvement in the APSKI National Working Meeting demonstrates the Entrepreneurship Study Program's commitment to continuing to actively develop national networks, while also serving as a step toward improving the quality of study programs based on practical experience and real-world collaboration.

The 2nd APSKI National Working Meeting marks a significant milestone in consolidating the role of entrepreneurship study programs throughout Indonesia as a driving force for economic independence and job creation through innovation and collaboration.
